Langebæk Logistik’s project management methodology is based on the project model illustrated in the figure below. The project model aims to provide a structured, transparent and uniform process, as well as ensuring that the solutions meet our customers' business challenges and achieve the expected results.
Our project model consists of six steps. The first three steps focus on consulting, strategy and concept development; the last three steps on achievement.
