The complexity of modern supply chain implies that large as well as small changes are liable to create a chain reaction, positive or negative. In the light of this complexity, we believe it is necessary to combine strategic and operational skills to develop and implement sustainable logistics solutions.
Hands-on logistics solutions
Our unique capacity is to execute and implement the solutions we develop, in cooperation with our customers.
The concept of hands- on solutions has formed the basis of our existence for 30 years. Our core competencies within consultancy and strategy, procurement and planning, production, storage, lean, implementation and project management support this concept.
We readily work as our customer’s current advisor and sparring partner, as trouble-shooter in relation to specific challenges or as operating project managers. The latter implies that we take full responsibility for the specific project from the initial analysis, through development of the solution concept to project design, implementation and monitoring.
Independence
Langebæk Logistik is an independent supplier. Thus, we have access to a wide range of solutions and are able to tailor concepts and system solutions 100 % towards the needs of our customers.
Flexibility
The co-operation with our customers is based on a predetermined hourly rate, an economic framework or a turnkey agreement. Our flexibility in working practices and settlement means that you can draw on our services and qualifications in the combination that best suits you, your company and your current challenges.
